Place your nasal inhaler near nostrils, then slowly inhale.
Switch from nostril to nostril.
You may use your nasal inhaler once per day or multiple times an hour depending on your preference.
Inhalers are best used within 30 days of opening, though pleasant aromatic vapors remain present for up to 3 months.
