- Recommended Use
Peppermint (Mentha arvensis): One of the oldest cultivated herbs used for medicinal products.
Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus): Used for its soothing effects when inhaled.
Cajeput (Melaleuca cajeputi): People use cajeput oil for colds and congestion.
Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia): It is said to be helpful in alleviating chest and head congestion.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis): Woody, evergreen-like scent, rosemary oil is typically described as invigorating and purifying.
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia): Studies show that lavender has natural anti-inflammatory characteristics and may help reduce inflammation of the airways.
Add 5-10 drops to an essential oil diffuser for a cleansing, purifying aroma.
